

END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Licence Grant
The Supplier grants the Customer a:

Non-exclusive

Non-transferable
-
Revocable licence
to use the Fortis platform for internal business operations.
2. Permitted Use
Users may:

Access and use the platform for ITSM activities
-
Configure workflows within permitted boundaries
-
Generate reports and manage service data
3. Restrictions
Users must NOT:

Reverse engineer or decompile the software
-
Copy, distribute, or resell
-
Attempt to bypass security controls
-
Use the software for unlawful purposes
4. User Management

Customer is responsible for all user accounts
-
Licences are limited to agreed user numbers
-
Shared accounts are prohibited unless agreed
5. Availability
-
The Supplier will use reasonable efforts to ensure uptime

Planned maintenance windows may apply
-
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
6. Updates & Enhancements

Supplier may deploy updates and improvements
-
Some features may change over time
-
Major enhancements may require additional fees
7. Data Ownership

All customer data remains property of the Customer
-
Supplier does not claim ownership of operational data
8. Security
-
Users must follow security best practices
-
Any suspected breach must be reported immediately
9. Termination of Licence
Licence may be terminated if:

Terms are breached
-
Payment obligations are not met
Upon termination:

Access will be revoked immediately
10. Warranty Disclaimer
Software is provided:

“As is”
-
Without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited in line with the main contract terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
